My name is Brittni and I excited to be back for my second season with the Washington Redskins Cheerleaders! I am 19 years old as I enter my sophomore year at Catholic University as a media studies major. While I saw I have been on the squad for two years, I began my training with the Washington Redskins since I was eight years old as a junior Redskins Cheerleader! When I was 13 years old I then auditioned and made the Junior All-Stars squad, I have been a true Redskins fan at heart my entire life! All my life I knew I wanted to be a Washington Redskins Cheerleader when I grew up, it started the day I walked on to the field for my first halftime show at a Redskins game.
With a strong background in cheerleading I also attended dance classes regularly at the Washington School of Ballet. In my free time I enjoy having fun with friends, learning new things, traveling, and relaxing of course! Last season I go the opportunity to travel to India with the squad to participate it the Indian Premier Cricket League. It was my first tour and was filled with excitement and I got to learn a lot about the culture. Being a Washington Redskins Cheerleader has been everything and more I though it would be. With 40 intelligent, beautiful, and talented girls as teammates I am having the time of my life!
Taking the field for the eleventh year in my life, I can safely say I have a lot more knowledge as to what I’m doing, and have my dancing and cheerleading skills are a lot more under control. That being said, the one thing that has not changed after all these years is rush I get from running on to the field and performing for you, the best fans in the NFL! Hope it’s a great season and ill see you all at the games!
